Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Power] On September 29, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment for fraud, etc. at the Daegu District Court. On May 21, 2017, the Daegu Detention House completed the enforcement of the sentence.

【Criminal Facts】

1. Around 14:40 on August 25, 2017, the Defendant discovered that a new-flod vehicle of the C Driving from the front side of the Birstion to the Defendant at the port of port on the back of August 14:40, 2017, and received insurance money. The Defendant intentionally caused a traffic accident by means of shocking the Defendant’s side at the operating seat of the said vehicle, and caused C to receive insurance money from the victim, and caused C to receive KRW 450,000, under the pretext of agreement, and caused C to receive KRW 80,000 from the Defendant’s bank on September 21, 2017 (around September 25, 2017, 200, KRW 450,000 from the Defendant’s account to the Defendant’s bank or KRW 81,581,000,000 from the Defendant’s account on the sole basis of an agreement.

2. On May 27, 2018, the Defendant found that, around 20:15, the U.S. car driven by H to the Defendant on the front of the Dong-gu Dong-dong, Daegu-gu, the Defendant committed an attempted violation of the Special Act on Insurance Fraud Prevention: (a) discovered that the car was driven by H to the Defendant; (b) intentionally faced with the said car; and (c) was charged with insurance money; and (d) the said car was driven by the Defendant’s side by intentionally causing the traffic accident by shocking the left hand hand of the said car at the front seat of the driver’s seat of the said car; and (b) was committed as if the said car was caused by a traffic accident by chance.
