1. The parties' assertion

A. The Plaintiff, as a legal couple who completed the report of marriage with the Plaintiff C, has been married. The Defendant committed an unlawful act with C, thereby causing the failure of the Plaintiff’s marital life, and suffered mental pain to the Plaintiff.

Therefore, the defendant is obligated to pay consolation money to the plaintiff.
