B On April 25, 2014, the Busan District Court sentenced two years of suspension of execution on August 22, 2014 due to fraud, fabrication of private documents, and fraud in the above investigation documents at the Busan District Court, and the judgment was finalized on August 22, 2014.
On May 26, 2010, the Defendants conspired to forge the real estate lease agreement on the Fran-gu Busan, which was leased by E’s husband at the D coffee shop located in Busan Jung-gu, Busan, and to borrow money from the victim G to acquire money.
1. On May 26, 2010, the Defendants forged a copy of the real estate lease agreement, which is a private document on rights and obligations, by stating “this million won,” “H,” “H,” and “H” in the resident registration number column in the form of the real estate lease agreement, using a verification-type pen in the form of the real estate lease agreement, and affixing H seal on the name of H.
2. On May 26, 2010, the Defendants exercised the said investigation document by presenting the forged real estate lease agreement as if it was duly formed at the office of the law firm K in Jung-gu, Busan, the Jung-gu, Busan, J borrowed KRW 7 million from the injured party.
3. On May 26, 2010, the Defendants: (a) at the K Office of the said law firm office; (b) the husband of the E leased the building “F” from H to KRW 10 million; (c) despite the fact, Defendant E leased the said building at KRW 25 million; (d) as such, Defendant E had forged the real estate lease agreement and presented the said lease agreement to the victim, and then was delivered KRW 7 million from tin to the victim.
