A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Reasons

Punishment of the crime

1. Night theft;

A. At around 22:00 between September 7, 2013 and the 10th day of the same month, the Defendant: (a) opened a non-rectible entrance at the office of the victim D located in Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-do; (b) opened a locked door from the side of the victim D; and (c) put the victim D in cash under the opening of the living room and stolen it.

B.
