Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On February 28, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around 19:30 on February 28, 2017, at the search stand of the International Airport of Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Kimpo Airport 38, for the reason that the search staff is infinite; and (b) as the police assigned for special guard, etc. cannot stay, the Defendant changed.

The three times of the request for the eviction, but the withdrawal was not complied with until 23:33.
