A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than three years and six months.

Punishment of the crime

On July 26, 1991, the Defendant was subject to protective disposition by the Gwangju District Court for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes. On December 30, 1993, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a short term of eight months at the Gwangju District Court for a special larceny; on February 8, 1995, for a long term of one year and a short term of ten months; on February 23, 1996, at the Seoul Northern District Court for a special larceny; on September 25, 1997, one year and six months; on September 25, 1997, from the Gwangju District Court for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, etc. of Specific Crimes, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes; on June 17, 199; on October 18, 200, from Gwangju District Court for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc.
