A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than three years and six months.

Punishment of the crime

On July 26, 1991, the Defendant was subject to protective disposition by a juvenile protection order from the Gwangju District Court on the violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, and on December 30, 1993, sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a maximum of ten months at the Gwangju District Court on the condition of special larceny, and on February 8, 1995, sentenced to a maximum of one year and one year, one year, one year and six months from the Seoul Northern District Court on February 23, 1996 to a special larceny, and one year and six months from September 25, 1997 to a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Larceny) at the Gwangju District Court on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a maximum of ten years at the Gwangju District Court on the condition of special larceny, and completed the punishment for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes by the same court on the same day on October 18, 20005.

On September 14, 2010, the Defendant opened a gate in Gwangju Northern-gu C and the second floor and intrudeed it into the house of the victim D, and then opened the gate door door door door door door in front of the 2nd floor up through the stairs, carried the gate door door door door door door in front of the 2nd floor into the living room, and cut down the 18K gold blick in front of the 1,000,000 won in the market price, and 2 gold blicks in front of the 18 K K gold blick in front of the 18 K K gold blick in the market price, and 800,000,000 won in the market price, and blick flick in the amount of 3,00,000,000 won in the market price.

The Defendant, including the above crime, committed the crime from around that time to October 2010, and attempted to steals money and valuables worth KRW 5,101,000 in total habitually over seven occasions, as indicated in the annexed crime list, or attempted to steals.
