The Defendant, upon the instructions of the employees of the Financial Supervisory Service under the name singing operations, planned to do so as if they were the employees of the Financial Supervisory Service, and to deliver cash from the victims to the victims of the name singing operations.
Around September 4, 2019, the name-based Bosing staff called the victim AI, misrepresenting the AJ of the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency Cyber Consumer Counseling Office, and “The bank account in the name of the party was used as a large passbook and there was a large number of victims. Accordingly, the defendant, in collusion with the employees in charge of singinging the name, deceiving the victim, and receiving 30 million won from the victim.
