Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around April 18, 2018, Defendant B left China and joined the International Telephone Financial Fraud (hereinafter “Sphishing”) organization from around that time, Defendant B conspireded the victims in many unspecified South Korea with a financial institution or investigative agency by posting a telephone against the victims in an unspecified number of Korea, and conspired the victims to commit the crimes of Bophishing, taking charge of deceiving them by misrepresenting them to a financial institution or investigative agency, and remitting money to another person’s account under the name of another.

Accordingly, on November 13, 2018, the Defendant, along with the members of the staff, including other Bosing counselors, in the name of the victim, was issued the said money by having the victim E move to the exit of 33 and 3 times in the name of the victim, and by having the victim E move to the exit of 333 and 3 times in the name of the Mapo-gu Seoul Mapo-gu to deliver the said money to the singinging staff in the name of the Seoul District Prosecutors’ Office by deceiving the victim E and arresting the F daily allowances. Since the bank account was used for the crime, if the bank account in the name of the victim was withdrawn from the bank account to deliver the money to the employee of the Financial Supervisory Service sent by us for the investigation purpose of the crime, he shall return the said money as the investigation is completed.

In addition, the Defendant, in collusion with the Defendant, received a total of KRW 143,80,000 from the victims seven times in total, as shown in the separate crime list (1) in the above manner from November 16, 2018.

2. A around December 28, 2018, Defendant A left China and joined the International Telephone Financial Fraud (hereinafter “Sphishing”) organization from around that time, and thereafter, Defendant A sent a phone to the victims in an unspecified number of Korea in accordance with the instructions of a lighting staff, such as “C,” etc.
