Defendant

A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for six months and by imprisonment for four months.

However, from the date this judgment became final and conclusive, the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendants committed the joint crime committed by the Defendants with a telecommunication cable, stolen it, and divide the benefits therefrom. Defendant B conspiredd to take the role of driving a motor vehicle and disposing of a stolen cable to the vicinity of the telegraph, and Defendant A conspired to take the role of stealing electric wires by preparing tools necessary for committing the crime, such as cutting machines.

On January 3, 2015, the Defendants moved to the adjacent elementary school located at the Pospolym of Pospoon at the time of the racing using C cargo vehicles driven by Defendant B around 16:00 on January 3, 2015. While Defendant B parked and waits for the above cargo vehicles in the vicinity, Defendant A cut to the telegraph station at the level of KRW 1.5 million (100 meters in length) at the market price owned by the Korea Electric Power Corporation for the victim, and the Defendants loaded the said vehicle electric wires together.

As a result, the Defendants conspired to steal the victim's property.

2. Defendant A’s crime;

A. The Defendant from March 22, 2014 to the same year

4. From the time of December 29, 200 to the day of Ulsan-gun, the market price, which is the owner of the victim’s electric power plant (50m in length) and was charged with the cargo onto the above cargo vehicle.

B. From May 2014 to June 201 of the same year, the Defendant: (a) laid the cable pole near Ulsan-gu E, Ulsan-gu; (b) laid the victim’s electric power station at the market price, which is the ownership of the Korean power station; and (c) stolen the freight onto the said cargo vehicle.

9. From the beginning of Ulsan-gun, a telegraph station located near the F, Ulsan-gun, the market value of the victim’s electric power station (not less than 60 meters in length) was cut off by carrying the cargo onto the above cargo vehicle, which was owned by the victim’s Korean power station.

3. Defendant B

A. From May 2014 to June 201 of the same year, the Defendant: (a) from “H” to “H” in the operation of the Defendant located in the Geum-gu G of Busan to “H”; and (b) from “H,” the victim’s market price owned by the Korea Electricity Corporation.
