1. On November 14, 2013, Defendant A was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Fisheries Act in the Daegu District Court Branch Branch of the District Court on November 14, 2013, and completed the execution of the sentence on May 31, 2014.

2. On September 16, 2015, Defendant V was sentenced to six months of imprisonment by the Ulsan District Court for a violation of the Fisheries Act, etc., and the said judgment became final and conclusive on December 30, 2015.
