1. Defendant Meurico Co., Ltd.:
A. The plaintiff A, 66.0 out of the real estate listed in the attached Table 1 list.
Reasons
Basic Facts
Plaintiff A was the owner of No. 1 and No. 2 (d) of the first and second floors of the building destroyed by the destruction of the building in question, and Plaintiff A was the owner of No. 1 and second floors of the building destroyed by the building in question. Plaintiff B was the owner of No. 1 and second floors of the building destroyed by the building in question.
Dit Korea Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Dit Korea”) is a company for the purpose of selling new construction of a house and removing the destroyed building of this case, and constructing a main complex building of the third and third underground floors above the ground surface of this case (hereinafter “instant reconstruction building”) on each land of this case (hereinafter “instant reconstruction project”). Defendant Americo Co., Ltd., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Americo”) acquired the instant reconstruction building, its site, and the instant reconstruction project right from Ditico Korea on August 22, 2011. Defendant International Asset Trust Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Eitico”) was changed to the trade name as of March 20, 201, and Plaintiff B/67 U.S. shares in each of the instant reconstruction projects owned by Plaintiff B/67 U.S. on each of the instant land (i. e., “instant reconstruction project”).
Some sectional owners of the destroyed building of this case, including the plaintiffs of the same club agreement between the plaintiffs and DNA Korea, are "the first club agreement" with the content that around March 2003, part of the sectional owners of the destroyed building of this case, including the plaintiffs, should delegate the reconstruction project of this case to DNA Korea and promote it.
B individually concluded with DNA Korea, and the remaining sectional owners, including D, sold each ownership share of the instant land and each sectional ownership of the destroyed building of this case to DNA Korea.
Dart Korea is the case in which U.S. Co., Ltd. is constructed.
