1. Basic facts
A. Attached Form 1 to the promotion of the reconstruction project of this case
5. The New Building, an aggregate building consisting of 12 households, on each land on which real estate was entered (hereinafter “each of the instant lands”), was built, and the sectional owners agreed to remove the previous building and construct a new building on around 2002.
As of September 2002, the owners of the above previous buildings and the shares in the land owned by them are as listed in the following table 1:

(B) The sectional owners who wish to move into the reconstruction building have concluded the same agreement with AT and the sectional owners who do not want to move into the reconstruction building agree to sell their own sectional ownership to AT. B. The sectional owners, R, Z, Z, AF, and AI, who did not want to move into the reconstruction building accordingly, sold their own share of land to ATS of the previous building of this case among the sectional owners, R, Z, AF, and the representative director of AT, who did not want to move into the reconstruction building. The details relating to the sale of land share are as shown below:
(AU has leased part of the purchase price under AE of the previous building of this case to AS, and registered as co-owners for the purpose of securing its claim. On May 15, 2006, Qhoh 50/672 AS on May 15, 2006, Qhoh Z56/672 AS on May 15, 2006, which was the date of registration of buyers of each land share in the previous building of this case.
