Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant: (a) around 22:00 on July 16, 2016, at the rest of 107 Dong Dong-dong 110, Dong-si, Jin-nam, Jin-si; (b) at the rest of 107 Dong-dong 110 on July 16, 2016, the Defendant carried one mobile phone number with one cell phone number equivalent to KRW 157,00 in the market value, the victim C, who was the victim’s her customer, and one mobile phone number with one head of the Agricultural Cooperative Cash Card, respectively.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property.

2. On July 16, 2016, the Defendant violated the Act on Financial Business Specializing in Fraud and Credit Business: (a) purchased tobacco at the F convenience store operated by the victim E in Jin-si, Jin-si, Jin-si, Jin-nam, and then, (b) purchased tobacco, and (c) had the employees pay the e-mail card as if he was his card, and (d) take the e-mail of tobacco amounting to KRW 4,500 of the market price by deceiving 1,500 of the market price, and using stolen credit cards, including using stolen credit cards, from that time until 03:03 of the same month, acquired the total amount of 16 times, as shown in the list of crimes in the attached Table, and used stolen credit cards.
