A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 13, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around 02:5, the Defendant: (b) opened a closed door and opened a closed door in front of the C Hospital 4207 heading, located in Jinju-si B; and (c) opened a cell phone with the market price of KRW 300,000,000, the victim D owned by the Defendant; and (d) one credit card in front of the victim’s Gyeongnam-gu, located on the container for patients.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd a structure at night and stolen the victim's property.

2. Violation of Acts in financial business specializing in fraud and credit finance;

A. On May 13, 2016, from around 03:07 to 03:22, the Defendant purchased tobacco 2: (a) and Lone Starbucks and 1 C; (b) purchased tobacco 2: (c) and then let his employees settle the stolen credit card with the same as his/her credit card, thereby taking over the property amounting to KRW 92,90 of the said market price and using the stolen credit card.

나. 피고인은 2016. 5. 13. 03:29 경 진주시 I, 103호에 있는 피해자 J이 운영하는 K 편의점에서, 담배 1 갑, 스타 벅스 커피 3 병, 더블 샷 마 키 병 1개를 구입하면서 위와 같이 절취한 D 명의의 경남은 행 신용카드를 마치 자신의 신용카드인 것처럼 그곳 종업원 L에게 건네주고 결제하게 하여 위 시가 15,500원 상당의 재물을 편취하고, 도난당한 신용카드를 사용하였다.

On May 13, 2016, from around 03:43 to 03:51, the Defendant: (a) purchased three hambscams with the victim’s name in Jinju-si; (b) purchased three hambscamscam; and (c) had employees pay hambscam with the stolen credit card as if it were one’s own credit card; and (d) took over the property equivalent to KRW 14,300 of the said market price, and used the stolen credit card.

On May 13, 2016, the Defendant is from the R convenience store operated by the victim Q Q in P in Jinju on May 13, 2016.
