A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for ten months and by a fine of thirty million won.

1. On September 21, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around September 21, 2015, the victim E, who was seated in the next seat in the DPC room located in Busan, Seo-gu, Busan, had a cash of KRW 20,00,000,000, which is owned by the victim on a computer book, using a crepan or cresh; (b) a credit card of the Busan bank; (c) a security card; (d) a resident registration certificate; and (d) a wall containing two copies of the resident registration certificate; and (e) a galle-thot thot 5,00,00

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property.

2. On September 21, 2015, the Defendant violated the Act on Financial Business Specializing in Fraud and Credit Business: (a) purchased scams, etc. at the H convenience store operated by the victim G located in Busan Y-gu, Busan Y, and (b) performed as if he/she was his/her lawful holder; (c) issued a credit card of stolen-friendly Busan bank to E, an employee of the place, as described in paragraph 1; and (d) made the said employee prepare a sales slips; and (c) signed the sales slips on the sales slips; and (d) was provided with scams, milks, and scams equivalent to the market price of 6,70

Accordingly, the defendant used a stolen credit card and fraudulently acquired the property by deceiving the victim.

3. On November 25, 2015, the Defendant, despite having no intent or ability to pay the PC usage fee from JPC room located in Busan Seo-gu, Busan, Busan, on November 25, 2015, the Defendant, as if he were to belong to K, who is an employee of the place, and used the said PC for approximately eight hours from around 04:30 on the following day, did not pay KRW 9,900 for that PC usage fee.

In this respect, the defendant deceivings the victim to acquire financial benefits.

4. On November 16, 2015, the Defendant, in fact, by the NPC room operated by the Victim M in Busan, Busan, Busan, on the part of November 16, 2015, deceiving the victim by acting as if he would normally pay the PC room fee, and by acting as if he would normally pay the PC room fee, thereby leading the victim to being allocated a computer on the 70-site following the day by the following 02:20.
