Criminal facts
The facts constituting the cause of the medical care and custody [criminal facts] The defendant and the requester for the medical care and custody (hereinafter referred to as the "defendant") committed the following crimes under the state that they lack the ability to make decisions due to brain diseases, damage, and disorder in personality and behavior caused by the malfunction of functions:
1. Fraud;
A. On January 12, 2016, the Defendant, at around 16:27, 2016, obtained pecuniary benefits equivalent to KRW 5,000 for the PC room by deceiving the victim by using the said PC computer for four hours and five minutes from that time until 21:25, 2016, in the “E” room managed by the victim D, located in Northern-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seoul, as of January 12, 2016.
B. On January 15, 2016, the Defendant, at around 15:25, 2016, obtained pecuniary benefits equivalent to KRW 10,400 for the PC room by deceiving the victim by using the said PC computer for four hours and forty-five minutes from the time on the same day, even though the Defendant had no intent or ability to pay the PC usage fee, in the “H” room managed by the victim G located in Nam-gu, Nam-gu, Nam-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City on January 15, 2016.
2) At around 21:00 on the same day, the Defendant ordered food as if the Defendant would normally pay the amount to the victim despite having no intention or ability to pay the amount in a normal way even if he was provided with food at K, which is operated by the victim J of the South-gu Seoul Metropolitan City Council of Victims (Seoul), and acquired the amount of money equivalent to KRW 17,00 from the damaged person.

The Defendant, on February 19, 2016, committed fraud (2016 order 210, order 2010) on February 19, 2016, in “N” operated by the Victim M in Ma in Mapopo City L on February 19, 2016, even if he was provided with food.
