A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

For the defendant, the defendant shall complete a child abuse treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the father and father of the victim C(D.).

1. On November 28, 2017, the Defendant violated the Child Reinstatement Act (child abuse) and the Defendant injured on November 28, 2017: (a) around Jinju-si around November 28, 2017, on the ground that the Defendant’s house located in the Defendant’s house located in E 303 at Jinju-si around November 28, 2017, and (b) on the ground that the Defendant was not able to keep the victim out of a locking, the Defendant was compelled to take approximately twice the head of the victim on board.

On December 10, 2017, the Defendant violated the Child Reinstatement Act (child abuse) and the Defendant injured on December 10, 2017, at around 15:00 on December 15:0, 201, when the Victim was taken off on the part of the Victim on the ground that the Victim was not locked and continued to sound without being diving, and on the ground that the Victim’s head was demoted five times on the part of the Victim’s head.

As a result, the Defendant inflicted an injury on the victim, such as the two ducts to the right-side 16-day therapy (two ducts), the light ductal transfusions without open wound, and at the same time, committed physical abuse that may inflict a bodily injury on the child or may injure the physical health and development of the child.

3. On January 15, 2018, the Defendant violated the Child Uniforms Act (child abuse) and the Defendant injured the Defendant on January 15, 2018: around 03:00 on January 15, 2018, when the Victim was taken off on the ground that the Victim was not locked and continued to locked, and that the Victim’s head was demoted on six occasions on the part of the Victim’s head.

As a result, the Defendant committed a physical abuse that may result in the victim's dystrophal typology, and at the same time, damages to children's body or harm physical health and development.
