1. Defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for one year.

However, the above sentence shall be executed for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Criminal facts

From the end of March 2015, Defendants were living together in Defendant A’s residence in the city of macro-si from March 2015, and the victims D(3) are children of Defendant A.

1. Defendant A

A. A. Around May 17, 2015, the Defendant violated the Child Uniforms Act (child abuse) committed an act of physical abuse against the victim’s body or a child’s physical health and development in the victim’s body by making seven times from May 17, 2015, including, but not limited to, the victim’s loss of the victim’s hand floor due to the victim’s false statement, resulting in an injury on the number of days of treatment, by viewing the victim’s body or harming the victim’s physical health and development, including, but not limited to, the list of crimes in the attached Form No. 201 to October 6, 2015.

B. Around October 6, 2015, the Defendant violated the Child Reinstatement Act (child abuse) committed the crime of child abuse in B by means of taking the form of the victim’s being mixed with the victim, without taking the victim’s two horses back to the victim’s entry, and the victim’s two horses back to the victim, and then making it difficult for the Defendant to commit the crime of child abuse in B by taking the victim back from the side without taking the victim’s two horses back to the victim’s entry.

2. Defendant B

A. On July 12, 2015, between around 01:00 to 02:00, the Defendant committed emotional abuse that may cause harm to the body of a child or harm to the physical health and development of a body by having a victim enter the said place of residence on the ground that the victim did not locked. From around October 6, 2015, the Defendant committed emotional abuse that may cause harm to the mental health and development of a child by leaving the victim in the said place of residence on the ground that the victim did not hear the horses of A until the said place of residence, on the ground that the victim took large part without hearing the horses of A.
