Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, “2018 Highly 889,” even though he is not a person handling narcotics, dealt with the following psychotropic drugs, such as psychotropic drugs:

1. Sale and purchase of phiphones;

A. On January 26, 2018, the first criminal defendant committed the first crime committed with the Defendant: (a) promised B, who was known to the Defendant from the previous correctional institution due to the reduction of the fee, to call the phone via the mobile phone crypt; (b) around 14:00 on the same day, B met B at the street near Incheon Metropolitan City, or 2 million won in cash from it; and (c) around 16:30 on the same day, one vinyl containing about 10 grams to him at the same place.

Accordingly, the defendant purchased and sold philophones.

B. On February 13, 2018, the second criminal defendant promised to sell phiphones to the above B in the same manner as the morning, and then, on the same day, he met B in the street near the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, or took cash of KRW 2 million from him, and on the 14:00 of the same month, one vinyl package containing about 10 grams from the same place at around 14:0 of the same month.

Accordingly, the defendant purchased and sold philophones.

C. On February 18, 2018, the third criminal defendant promised to sell phiphonephones to the above B in the same manner as the preceding paragraph, and then, around 19:30 on the same day, B met B in the street near the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, or 3.6 million won in cash from it, and around 03:30 of the same month, at around 203:30 of the same month, the defendant 10 million won in cash, including about 10 phiphones, from the front street in the Yeonsu-gu Incheon Metropolitan City E.

Accordingly, the defendant purchased and sold philophones.

2. Medication of phiphones.

A. On February 13, 2018, the Defendant, around 12:00 on February 13, 2018, put about approximately 0.1g gramopon into a one-time injection machine in Yeonsu-gu Incheon Metropolitan City G Building H, and used it as soon as drinking water, and then injected into the left part of the Defendant’s blood relative.

Accordingly, the Defendant administered philophones.

B. On February 17, 2018, the Defendant committed the crime at around 20:0 on February 17, 2018.
