A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
"2015 Highest 100" accused is not a person handling narcotics.
1. Around 11:00 on June 18, 2013, the Defendant purchased approximately KRW 5 gram 5,500,000 from C by sending approximately KRW 2,50,000 from C to the Agricultural Cooperative account in the name of D used by C from around 18:40 to 19:44 on the same day, in the Defendant’s SUV vehicle parked in front of the modern sea located in the Southern-dong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Seoul Metropolitan City, in a transparent block.
2. On December 28, 2014, at around 19:30 on December 28, 2014, the Defendant injected approximately 0.1g of phiphonephones to the Defendant’s arms blood transfusion using a single-use injection device, after dilution of approximately 0.1g of phiphones into a human body.

1. On April 24, 2013, the Defendant, from around 02:00 on April 24, 2013 to around 03:00 on the same day, parked KRW 2.1 million in cash from F in front of the agricultural cooperative located in the Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Incheon, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, and laid down approximately 1.84g of philopon to F in return.
Accordingly, even if the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, the Defendant traded psychotropic drugs.
2. On May 5, 2013, the Defendant, at around 16:00 on May 5, 2013, 2013, took cash of KRW 1.3 million from F in the Helel guest room located in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, and, in return, took up approximately 1.6 grams from F.
Accordingly, even if the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, the Defendant traded psychotropic drugs.
3. On June 26, 2013, around 17:00 on June 26, 2013, the Defendant: (a) laid down KRW 1.2 million in cash from F on the Defendant’s vehicle parked at the JMoel parking lot located in Jung-gu Seoul, Jung-gu, Seoul; and (b) provided F with approximately 1.6 grams in writing.
Accordingly, even if the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, the Defendant traded psychotropic drugs.
4. The crime of July 20, 2013.
