Punishment of the crime

On October 25, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with labor for a crime of violation of the Narcotics Control Act at the Seoul Eastern District Court (hereinafter referred to as the "Act") and completed the execution of the sentence on September 3, 2012.

2015 Highest 6278

1. On November 23, 2013, the Defendant: (a) 01:00, around November 23, 2013, 2013, 200 million won was 200,000 won from E on the roads in front of Incheon, Nam-gu, Incheon; and (b) in return, E sent approximately 0.4 g of the Mesophical drugs (one philopon; hereinafter “philopon”).

Accordingly, even if the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, he traded a philophone, which is a local mental medicine.

2. The Defendant committed the crime of December 19, 2014: around 04:45 on December 19, 2014, 100 won from E on the front of the F building in the Southern-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, and, in return, 0.06g of opphones to E.

Accordingly, even though the defendant is not a narcotics handler, he traded phiphones.

3. The Defendant committed a crime in January 2015, the Defendant: (a) laid down KRW 50,000 from E on the road front of the F Building on January 1, 2015, and, in return, laid down approximately 0.03 gramphonephones to E.

Accordingly, even though the defendant is not a narcotics handler, he traded phiphones.

4. The Defendant committed the crime of February 28, 2015: (a) obtained KRW 100,000 from E on the front road of the F Building around 05:00 on February 28, 2015; and (b) granted 0.06g of phiphonephones to E in return.

Accordingly, even though the defendant is not a narcotics handler, he traded phiphones.

5. On March 8, 2015, the Defendant, at around 21:00 on March 8, 2015, posted approximately 0.05 grams to E free of charge on the front of the building in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City.

Accordingly, even if the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, he received philophones, which are a local mental medicine.

6. On June 2015, the Defendant, on June 6, 2015, laid down approximately 0.05 ghphonephones to E on the front of the H Tri-distance, Nam-gu, Incheon, Nam-gu, Seoul, Seoul, for free.

Accordingly, even though the defendant is not a narcotics handler, he phiphones.
