A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

1,000,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

The additional collection charge shall be equivalent to the above additional collection charge.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is not a person handling narcotics.

1. On June 13, 2013, the Defendant purchased Metephopopon (one philoopon; hereinafter the same shall apply) from a restaurant toilet operated by the Defendant of the D University located in Mapo-gu Seoul, Seoul, on June 13, 2013, the Defendant purchased 200,000 won as the purchase price for psychotropic drugs from F, and 0.24g from F, after receiving approximately 0.24g of Meopon.

2. On June 13, 2013, the Defendant, at the same time and place as the foregoing 1.1. paragraph, administered 0.08 grams in a single-use injection machine, and injected them in a way of injection by dilution with raw water.

3. On July 22, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around 21:30 on July 22, 2013, 2013, purchased 300,000 won in the name of the purchase price for philophones from F and purchased 0.24 gramphones from F to F in F’s car stopped on the H market near the H shop located in Sungnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan City.

4. On July 22, 2013, the Defendant administered philophone medication in a manner of inserting approximately 0.08gopon into a single-use injection machine from the said I coffee toilet on July 22, 2013, and dilution with raw water.

5. On August 5, 2013, the Defendant, on August 5, 2013, remitted 300,000 won to a single bank account used by F in the M.M. on August 5, 2013, under the pretext of the purchase price of philopon, purchased approximately 0.3g of philopon within the F’s car stopped in the vicinity of K.M.J. on the same day at around 15:00 on the same day.

6. On August 5, 2013, the Defendant, at a time and time as set forth in the above 5.1g of philophones, administered them by inserting approximately 0.1g of philophones into a single-use injection machine and dilution with raw water and injecting them into arms.

7. On August 5, 2013, the Defendant: (a) transferred KRW 200,000 to the Agricultural Cooperative Account used by F around the first half of August 5, 2013; (b) transferred 200,000 won under the name of the purchase price of phiphones; and (c) around 23:00 on the same day, Seongbuk-gu Seoul L University.
