Punishment of the crime

On April 1, 2014, at around 14:10, the Defendant driven a motorcycle at approximately KRW 300 meters section from the 460-27th day of Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government to the front road of the sub-building at approximately 456-27th day of the building.
