Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 300,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On May 16, 2014, at around 10:38, the Defendant driven a motor bicycle at about 1 km section from the front of the Defendant’s house located in Namwon-si, Namwon-si to the front road in front of the Southern Elementary School located in the same city.
