Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 300,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

On July 29, 2015, the Defendant, without obtaining a driver’s license around 15:00 on July 29, 2015, driven a 50cc occ oba without reporting the use of approximately 20 meters from the front of Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government to the front of the same Gu C.
