Punishment of the crime

1. In order to prepare living expenses and entertainment expenses without a certain occupation, the Defendant had expressed a letter to purchase goods at the Internet medium and high-speed trading cryp and mobile phone display cryp to obtain money by pretending to sell goods.

On February 15, 2013, the Defendant made a false statement to the effect that “C”, a mobile phone display, which deals with used goods, posted a letter to purchase merchandise coupons to the new global department store D, and “the remittance of money, will send merchandise coupons.”

However, in fact, the defendant did not have the above merchandise coupon and did not have the intention or ability to sell it.

On the same day, the Defendant received 85,000 won from the victim to the company bank account (E) in the name of the Defendant from the victim for the purchase price, from April 24, 2013, by deceiving the victims as shown in the separate crime list from April 24, 2013, and received KRW 7,363,90 in total over 34 times.

Accordingly, the defendant was provided property by deceiving the victims.

2. On November 15, 2012, the Defendant posted a letter on Internet NeneF page, stating that “the public announcement book is sold,” and falsely read that “the Defendant will send visual visibility to the victim G who received a prior payment of KRW 620,000.”

However, the defendant did not have visibility at the time, and there was no intention and ability to rescue the victim.

The Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, received 620,000 won from the victim to the corporate bank account in the name of the Defendant for visual consideration.

3. The Defendant, around November 28, 2012, by deceiving the victim H by the same method, received 3.60,000 won from the victim to the same account as the price for new global merchandise coupons.

Accordingly, the defendant deceivings the victims two times in total, and 980,000 won each.
