A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

around June 8, 2018, the Defendant stated with B that “I will send three copies of “I will send 69,000 won to the victim D who reported and contacted after posting a letter “I will sell this BB mobile merchandise coupon” on the Internet CKaf website at a place where it is not known to the Sungnam-si (hereinafter referred to as Sungnam-si).

However, in fact, the Defendant and B did not have any intent or ability to send mobile merchandise coupons even if they receive money from the victim because they did not have mobile merchandise coupons.

The Defendant and B received KRW 69,000 from the victim for the same day as the mobile merchandise coupon price in B, and received KRW 6,319,050 in total over 73 times from around that time to October 18, 2018 in the same manner as indicated in attached Table 1.

Accordingly, the defendant was provided property by deceiving the victims in collusion with B.

Around August 29, 2018, the Defendant posted a false statement to the effect that “I will substitute purchase the J exhibition goods” on the Internet I website at J “H” located in J in J in Jinju-si, and reported it to the effect that “I will substitute purchase the goods if I remitted KRW 65,000 to the victim K.”

However, even if the defendant receives money from the victim, he did not have the intention or ability to purchase the J Exhibitions goods on behalf of the victim.

The Defendant received 65,000 won from the victim for the same day as the price for the goods in the same day, and received a total of 173,000 won from around that time to December 7, 2018 in the same manner as the list of crimes in attached Table 2.

Accordingly, the defendant was provided property by deceiving the victims.
