A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Around October 25, 2018, the Defendant posted a letter on the Internet site Dcarf “E” sales of a new global merchandise coupon, and falsely sent a false statement to the victim F who reported and contacted the above letter to the effect that “I would deliver a new global merchandise coupon upon the transfer of money.”

However, in fact, even if the defendant did not have a new global merchandise coupon at that time and received money from the victim, he did not have the ability to sell the merchandise coupon, and even if he received money from the victim for the purpose of receiving money from the victim at the beginning, there was no intention to deliver the merchandise coupon.

Nevertheless, around October 25, 2018, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, received KRW 180,000 from the victim to the G bank account (H) account in the name of the Defendant, and received KRW 3,856,000 in total by deceiving the victims through the above 12 times in total as shown in the attached crime list (1).

Around November 14, 2018, the Defendant posted a letter to “I” to sell a new World merchandise coupon, and made a false statement to the victim J who reported and contacted the above letter to the effect that “I would deliver a new World merchandise coupon if the money is remitted.”

However, in fact, even if the defendant did not have a new global merchandise coupon at that time and received money from the victim, he did not have the ability to sell the merchandise coupon, and even if he received money from the victim for the purpose of receiving money from the victim at the beginning, there was no intention to deliver the merchandise coupon.

Nevertheless, on November 14, 2018, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, received 164,000 won as the purchase price for merchandise coupons from a corporate bank account (L) with the Defendant’s pro-friendly job offering K around November 14, 2018.
