A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around April 17, 2020, the Defendant: (a) expressed that “A victim D (manam, 54 years old) demanded the Defendant to calculate the drinking value; (b) under the influence of alcohol, the Defendant expressed the victim’s desire to “I am frith, will not be frith, if I am frith, if I am frith, if I am frith, and if I am frith, I am am frith, I am son.” The Defendant assaulted the victim’s right face by her hand at one time.

등에 의하여 폭행죄 등으로 현행범인으로 체포되어 위 경찰서 소유의 순11호(G) 순찰차 뒷좌석에 승차한 후, 경찰관들에게 “십새끼들 니네 가족 다 내가 죽여버릴거야 좇같은 새끼들아 영상 다 내가 찍어놨어 씨발새끼야”라고 욕설을 하며 양발로 운전석 뒷문 유리창을 수 회 걷어차 깨뜨려 리어도어글래스(L/H) 교환 등 수리비 110,000원 상당이 들도록 공무소에서 사용하는 물건을 손상하였다.

3. 상해 및 공무집행방해 피고인은 2020. 4. 17. 23:42경 제2항 기재 순찰차 안에서, 중원경찰서 E지구대 소속 경찰관인 피해자 F(남, 31세)가 피고인의 발을 잡으며 제지한다는 이유로, 피해자에게 “좆밥 새끼야 좆도 아닌 새끼가 내가 수갑만 풀면 넌 내가 바로 죽여버린다”라고 욕설을 하며 발로 피해자의 목과 오른쪽 정강이부위를 5-8회 걷어차고, 머리로 피해자의 얼굴을 수회 들이박으려 하였으며, 발로 피해자의 오른쪽 무릎 부위를 2-3회 걷어차 피해 경찰관에게 약 14일간의 치료가 필요한 목의 상세불명 부분의 표재성 손상 등을 가하였다.
