1. The Defendant was provided with C’s personal information via the Internet website, opened a cell phone using his personal information, and sold money with a cellphone.
On December 16, 2013, the Defendant: (a) indicated “E” in the column for customer registration of mobile phone entry in the column for the application for registration of mobile phone entry; (b) signed “F” in the column for resident registration number; and (c) submitted a forged application for registration of mobile phone entry to the victim G, who is an employee of the aforementioned mobile phone sales agency, and submitted it to the victim as if they were duly formed; and (c) received one cell phone of the amount equivalent to KRW 1,067,00 at the market price around that time from the victim.
As a result, the defendant exercises his mobile phone application, which is a private document on rights and duties, with the intention of uttering, and received property by deceiving the victim.
B. On December 17, 2013, the Defendant entered “C”, “F”, and “C” in the name column of application for subscription to a mobile phone in Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, “I”, “C” in the name column of application for subscription to the mobile phone, and signed it. As such, the Defendant submitted the application for forgery of the mobile phone to the victim who was an employee of the aforementioned mobile phone sales agency and submitted it as if he/she were genuinely formed with the victim, and then used it as if he/she did not know of such fact, and received from the victim one cell phone equivalent to KRW 1,067,00 at that

On December 18, 2013, the Defendant: (a) signed the name column of the “K” mobile phone sales agency located in the JJ at Ansan-si; (b) entered the name column of the new contract for mobile phone service; (c) entered the “C” in the resident registration number column; and (c) signed the “C” in the applicant customer column; and (c) as such, the Defendant’s application for forged mobile phone membership was duly duly concluded with the victim, who is an employee of the said mobile phone sales agency,
