Criminal facts

Defendant, habitually,

1. At around 23:30 on November 3, 2014, the victim C, who was under influence of alcohol by enjoying in front of the 462 Ansan Station as at the center of the members of Ansan-si, Ansan-si, by approaching the victim C, who was under influence of alcohol, and then was stolen by having one of three mobile phones of Samsung Tallon No. 3 in the market value of the victim, which is located far from the bend floor of the event.

On May 25, 2015, at around 07:00, with an option machine G2 cell phone of the amount of KRW 500,000,000, the market price, owned by the injured party, which is located far away from the injured party by approaching the victim D, a subway train of the subway No. 1, which was parked in the 119 East Incheon Central-gu, Jungcheon-gu, Incheon.

3. On May 26, 2015, at around 07:00, a subway line No. 1, which was stopped in the 119 East Incheon Jung-gu, Jungcheon-gu, Incheon, with one cellular phone in the amount of KRW 800,00,000, the market price of the victim owned by the victim, which was located far away from the floor of the train located adjacent to the victim, was stolen.
