A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

Seized evidence 1 or 2 shall be confiscated from the accused.

Punishment of the crime

On February 21, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (collectively weapons, deadly weapons, etc.) at Jeju District Court on February 21, 201 and completed the execution of the sentence on May 2, 2012 by Jeju Prison on May 2, 2012.

1. On April 18, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 18:30 on Jeju-si, Jeju-si, Jeju-si, 288, marks his hand in order to get a D taxi driven by the victim C on the roads in front of CGV; (b) however, the victim was able to get a knife with a knife knife, which was used by the victim on his hand, and damaged the knife with a plastic card attached on the knife and on the roof of the said taxi, with approximately KRW 650,065 of the repair cost on the knife.

In addition, the Defendant destroyed another’s property at least eight times from March 29, 2015 to April 18, 2015, as indicated in the annexed crime list.

2. The Defendant violated the Punishment of Violence, etc. Act (a collective action, deadly weapons, etc.) stated the victim C (the age of 72)’s cabs as above at the time and at the place specified in the preceding paragraph, and described the victim C (the age of 72) in a knife knife knife, which was used by his/her hand, and acted to knife that the knife knife knife knife knife

Accordingly, the defendant threatened the victim with a deadly weapon.

3. Violence;

A.
