A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

1. A special injury;

A. On May 13, 2015, at around 02:00, the Defendant, at the home of the mother-child E (the son, 84 years old, and the son's death, etc. on September 27, 2015) of the Defendant’s mother located in Jeju Jeju Island, had a dispute over the design of the Defendant’s mother’s mother’s mother’s son F (the 53 years old, the son’s death at the heart’s expense on September 2, 2015) and the her mother’s mother’s son.

The Defendant re-exploited a kitchen, which is a dangerous thing in the kitchen, in which the victim had drunk in the outside, re-exploiting the kitchen, and 15cc in the total length of the kitchen (not less than 30cm, not more than 15cc in the length of the entire kitchen), followed the victim by a physical fighting, and followed about two weeks in the right side for which treatment is required for the victim.

B. The Defendant assaulted the Defendant’s children at the same place around 02:30 on the same day by the victim G (63 years) who is a large penalty of the Defendant.

2. The Defendant damaged special property at the time and place indicated in paragraph 1(a) and at the place, the Defendant: (a) cut the entrance door door, the house glass, etc. owned by the Victim E by 10 meters in length; and (b) damaged the market price’s influence.

3. A special assault Defendant, at around 07:40 on the same day, committed assault against the victim by: (a) continuously putting the victim G at the entrance of the room in a place specified in 07:40 B; (b) putting the victim a spacker, “I spher and die by spreading a spacker; (c) spackers, which are dangerous articles to the body of the victim; and (d) intending to put the spacker into his hand.
