Defendant

A, B, and C shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, with respect to Defendant A and B, the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The defendant A or B shall not distribute any game product different from the game product classified as a grade;

Nevertheless, on March 11, 2015, the Defendants, unlike the contents of the “F Game site” of the F Game Management Committee’s “F Game site” in the operation of Gwangju Mine-gu, Gwangju, installed a game product file of the “F Game site”, which was modified to enable a fee charging function and a unlimited automatic performance function, in contrast to the contents of the “F Game site” deliberated by the Game Water Management Committee, and distributed game products, different from the game products classified, in collusion.

2. Defendant C was sentenced to two years of imprisonment for special larceny, etc. at the Gwangju District Court on June 13, 2012, and completed the execution of the sentence at the Gwangju Prison on December 1, 2013.

No one shall provide game water for the use of any content different from the game water classified as a rating.

Nevertheless, from March 16, 2015 to February 20 of the same month, the Defendant installed a 40 game for the “grasium cream” modified in the game site as above, and provided it to the unspecified majority of customers.
