Defendant
A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for ten months and by a fine of 1.5 million won, and by a fine of 20 million won.

Defendant
A operates the cosmetic Co., Ltd., which is the cosmetic C35 214 dong 214 in Gwanak-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, selling manufactured cosmetics by requesting the cosmetic manufacturing business, selling the cosmetic materials to the cosmetic manufacturer, and Defendant B Co., Ltd is a corporation established for the purpose of the cosmetic manufacturing business and wholesale and retail business related thereto.
1. Defendant A
(a) No one shall sell, or manufacture, import, keep or display for sale cosmetics that fail to meet safety management standards for distributed cosmetics determined and publicly notified by the Minister of Food and Drug Safety (the Commissioner of the Korea Food and Drug Safety Office until March 23, 2013);
Nevertheless, around January 2013, the Defendant: (a) made D’s raw materials, solely based on “E”, the upper limit of use of which was 0.3% of the above safety management standard; (b) made it possible for the Defendant to conclude that the Defendant made D’s “D,” which is a cosmetic, by mixing B’s 9:1 ratio with “B,” and mixing it with “B,” and made the aforementioned “D,” at U.S. L., L. (ju) by providing it to U.S. L. L., which around that time, provided that the Defendant manufactured “E,” which is an cosmetic-related cosmetics with 0.6% of the above safety management standard; and (c) made it reasonable for U.S. 10 to Mar. 1, 2013 to Nov. 30, 2015; and (d) made the foregoing 360-30-13-14-15-2, 36-4, 25-2, etc.
In addition, during the period from March 201 to December 2015, the Defendant supplied the above “D” to the cosmetic manufacturer-seller (State) F, G, and (State) H, and caused them to know that the “D” was created only by means of “A” in the “Tricle,” as shown in [Attachment] No. 326-3385 [Attachment] No. 326-3385 [Attachment] No. 326-1.4% to 0.7% to 1.4% to 2015, the Defendant is equivalent to the amount of KRW 164,60,000 by adding up four products, such as J (G), K (G), L (State) and L [H] 18,49.
