Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around January 8, 2016, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving) driving the CCA 110 Obane without a motor vehicle driver’s license in front of Mapo-gu Seoul Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government B.

2. The Defendant violated the signal at the time and place set forth in paragraph 1, and infringed upon the left and left-hand turn, and subsequently, the Defendant refused the official document by presenting class 2 driver’s license to F, who is a public official belonging to D District Police Station at the Mapo-gu Police Station D District Police Station, and who is requested to produce a driver’s license from a slope E, who is a public official belonging to D District Police Station at the site, as the Defendant’s driver’s license.
