Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 8, 2017, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) driving a BMW car from around 200 meters to around 39 U.S. roads located in Jongno-gu Seoul, Jongno-gu, Seoul, Seoul, without a driver’s license.

2. On May 8, 2017, the Defendant was required to submit a driver’s license to verify his/her identity on the road in front of the Bank of Korea as indicated in paragraph (1) around May 15:30, 201, and on the road in front of the Bank of Korea, the Defendant’s driver’s license was required by the Seoul National Police Agency Traffic Patrol C, which controlled the Defendant’s vehicle in front of another vehicle.

The defendant presented the first class driver's license under the name of the head of the Gyeonggi-do National Police Agency, which is an official document held in advance, as if the defendant was the driver's license of the defendant.

Accordingly, the defendant did not use official documents.
