A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 19:00 on August 15, 2017, the Defendant driven a D low-speed car without obtaining a driver’s license from the C front of the road located in Busan East-gu, Busan at around 19:00.

2. The Defendant, at the same time and place as set forth in paragraph 1, was in control of speculation such as garbage under the Punishment of Minor Offenses Act, and exercised the official document by presenting the driver’s license under the name of the head of Busan Regional Police Agency, which was an official document in his custody, to the extent that the Defendant did not have a driver’s license to verify himself.
