Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a car in the B SP area.

On February 10, 2018, at around 02:05, the Defendant driven the said vehicle under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.167% in the blood while under the influence of alcohol, from the parking lot in front of the sus fishing straight board to the susak-gu Busan, Seo-gu, Busan, through a road in front of the susak-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Busan to the 55km-ro 42-o, Busan, Seo-gu.
