1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year;
2. Provided, That the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive;

Punishment of the crime
"2017 Highest 185"
1. On January 25, 2017, the Defendant was under the influence of 0.077% alcohol concentration in blood without obtaining a driver’s license from around 2km to the front road of the LBC broadcasting station located in the Singu in Busan, Busan, on the road in the west-gu, Busan, Busan, on January 23:20, 2017, and the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol level of 0.07% in blood.
2. The Defendant violated the Guarantee of Automobile Damage Compensation Act: (a) operated the said car without mandatory insurance at the time and place specified in paragraph (1).

On February 8, 2017, the Defendant: (a) driven a motor vehicle again within approximately 70 KK section without obtaining a driver’s license for the motor vehicle; (b) around 11:40 on February 8, 2017, from the Southern-gu Busan Metropolitan Government to the upper east-dong distance in the Dong-dong, Gyeongnam-si.
2. On February 22, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around 04:45, on February 22, 2017, driven a DNA car without obtaining a driver’s license in the section of approximately 30 meters of alcohol content 0.102% of alcohol during blood, without obtaining a driver’s license from the head of the Singu Singu, Busan, and from the head of the Singu, to the road in front of the M stoma in the same Dong.
