Punishment of the crime

On November 1, 2015, at around 03:25, the Defendant driven a B-L motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol content of 0.109% of alcohol content in the middle of a yellow-water tunnel located in the Southern-gu, Busan-gu, Busan-do, on the front of the sand beach located in the C-Landong of Busan-gu.
