1. All of the plaintiff's claims are dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
Reasons
Basic Facts
The Gu Religious Order C (hereinafter “existing C”) is a subordinate local subordinate religious organization of the Religious Order E, the paper of which consists of D, and completed registration of preservation of ownership on December 5, 2003, with respect to the buildings listed in the separate sheet (hereinafter “instant real estate”).
(A) On May 10, 207, the minutes of the temporary meeting held on May 10, 2007 under the name of “B” include the following: (a) the 29 incumbent members present at the meeting to change the name of “existing C” to “A religious organization,” (b) the name of “A religious organization,” and (c) the head meeting is determined to be placed in Chungcheongbuk-do, and (d) the relevant provisions of the bylaws are amended.”
(A) With respect to the instant real estate, the registration of change of the name of the titleholder was changed from "B" to "F religious organization" due to the change of the name on March 16, 2007 by the Changwon District Court Decision 13765 on March 12, 2007, and the registration of change of the titleholder was changed from "B" to "F religious organization"; ② the registration of change of the titleholder was changed from "F religious organization" to "A religious organization" as "A religious organization"; the registration of change of the name and address was changed from "Seoul Dongdaemun-do Hacheon-gun, Seoul" to "H on May 19, 201; and ③ the registration of change of the titleholder's name was changed to "Y on May 24, 2011" to "Y on May 19, 2011.
(A) On September 20, 2015, the Plaintiff took disciplinary action against the Plaintiff’s 17 No. 1-1, 1-2, and 14 officers, including J, on the ground that the Plaintiff slandered the Plaintiff’s representative and attempted to commit an attack.
Since then, the above-mentioned persons and some believers who were subject to disciplinary action from the plaintiff were "B" in the name of "B", and on December 14, 2015, identification numbers are given by the tax secretary.
