A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for eight months and by imprisonment for five months.

, however, from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Defendants are not narcotics handlers.

1. Joint crimes committed by the Defendants

A. On December 2, 2015, around 21:00, the Defendants: (a) smoked marijuana at the early 21:00, on December 21, 2015, at around 21:0, the Defendants: (b) set off approximately 1g of hemp on the 3rd floor of the non-letletlet-dong, Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government (Seoul), and (c) smoked marijuana in the way of making it pass through the water in which the smoke contains water rapidly, turning it over as soon as possible, and inhales.

B. On January 1, 2016, the Defendants smoking marijuana around 18:00, around 18:00 and around January 1, 2016, the Defendants smoked approximately 1g of hemp in the fluorial room located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government (Seoul) by the foregoing method within the fluorial room located in the fluoral-dong of Gangnam-gu.

Accordingly, the Defendants conspired to smoke marijuana.

2. Defendant A’s crime;

A. On April 17, 2015, the Defendant smoking marijuana around the new wall: (a) around April 17, 2015, the Defendant smokeed marijuana in a way of inserting approximately 1g of marijuana in the pipe made of stuffed in the “F” f, located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government E, and inhaleing it by heating it.

B. On January 2017, the Defendant smoked marijuana in a way that: (a) on January 201, 2017, he she walked it in the pipe created by G located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, into H and J, and walked and inhales it into the pipe created by G located in Yeongdeungpo-gu, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, in the pipe; and (b) the smoke generated by heating the smoke.

Accordingly, the Defendant smoked marijuana in collusion with H and J.

On March 2017, the Defendant received marijuana at the end of March 2017, and received marijuana from H in the residence of the Defendant, Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government K and 204, at the end of March, 2017.
