A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a maximum term of two years, for a short term of one year and six months, and for a fine of 300,000 won.

The above fine shall be imposed on the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

On September 22, 2009, the Defendant received juvenile protective disposition from the Cheongju District Prosecutors' Office on the violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, etc., and from the Cheongju District Prosecutors' Office on July 20, 2009, the Defendant was subject to the juvenile protective disposition by larceny, etc., and three times more.

1. The Defendant, at around 01:00 on May 9, 2010, stolen the vehicle or money and valuables owned by the victims over 21 times during the period from May 27, 2010 to around 05:30, 200 won, including the discovery of the market value of the victim F, which is parked with the keys attached to the Cheong-gu Emba parking lot located in the Cheong-gu, Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-si, Cheong-si, the key of which is located, and the theft of the vehicle or money and valuables owned by the victims during the period from around 7:5:30 on May 27, 2010.

Accordingly, the Defendant habitually stolen another’s property as above.

2. The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) at the same time, at a place as in the preceding paragraph, and without obtaining a driver’s license, driven F-owned 125cc cambs without obtaining a driver’s license as above, and operated the lutobs and automobiles without obtaining a driver’s license for driving the lutobs and automobiles as stated in the attached Table No. 1 to No. 16.

3. On May 16, 2010, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (measures to be taken after accidents) and the Road Traffic Act (hereinafter “Road Act”) and the Defendant was driving ahead of a H cafeteria located in Cheongju-gu, Cheongju-si, Cheongju-si, Cheongju-si, as indicated in No. 4 of the crime log No. 1, while driving a stolen I car and driving it over at the same time on the one-lane road along the H cafeteria as the one-lane road along the one-lane road at the H cafeteria, and driving it over to the corresponding park area from the H cafeteria at the end of the H cafeteria.
