1. The Defendants are with respect to the Plaintiff’s share of 1/2 of the share of 291 square meters among the share of 291 square meters and 7025/2930 of the share of 2,268 square meters prior to M.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. (1) The Plaintiff and N have completed the registration of transfer of ownership on each 1/2 share of 2,959 square meters of 2,268 square meters (hereinafter “1 piece of land in this case”) in the Haan-gun, Haan-gun, Gyeongnam-gun, Haan-gun, Gyeongnam-gun, Haan-gun, which was owned by O on June 15, 1981 (hereinafter “1 piece of land before division”).

(2) In around 192, the land No. 1 was divided into 2,933 square meters prior to the subdivision in 192, and 26 square meters prior to the subdivision in Haan-gun, Haan-gun and Haan-gun P road in Haan-gun. As to the above roads, Haan-gun completed the registration of ownership transfer on the ground of consultation on December 17, 1992.

(3) On May 10, 1995, Q has completed the registration of ownership transfer for reasons of sale on April 9, 1995 with respect to N of 1465/2930 square meters of N of 2,93 square meters of the total N of 2,93 square meters of the total N of 2,93 square meters of the Haan-gun M.

(4) On October 4, 1996, the area of 2,933 square meters, which was divided into the land No. 1 and R, which was 665 square meters prior to the instant land.

(5) On January 15, 2013, S completed the registration of transfer on shares of 1/2 in the Plaintiff’s name and Q 7640/2930 shares in the Plaintiff’s name among the land No. 1 in the instant case.

B. (1) In accordance with the Act on Special Measures for the Transfer of Real Estate Ownership, Etc. (Act No. 3094), the Plaintiff and N have completed the registration of ownership transfer for each 1/2 share of 1/2 of the 149 square meters (hereinafter “second-party land before subdivision”) in Gyeong-gun, Gyeong-gun, Gyeongnam-gun, Gyeongnam-gun, Gyeongnam-gun, Inc., which was owned by O on June 15, 1981, pursuant to Article 3094 of the Act on Special Measures for the Transfer of Real Estate Ownership.

(2) The land No. 2 prior to the subdivision was divided into the instant land and 63 square meters in U.S., Gyeong-gun, Gyeongnam-gun, and 138 square meters in V. The said part of the road was completed on August 14, 1981 and December 17, 1992.

(3) On January 15, 2013, S completed the registration of transfer of ownership based on a donation made on January 11, 2013, with respect to one-half portion of the Plaintiff’s title among the land No. 2 in the instant case.

C. From June 15, 1981, the Plaintiff completed the registration of shares on the land Nos. 1 and 2 before subdivision to the present date, the farming houses in the land No. 1 and 2.
