2. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff and N shall have the record of the registration of 2,268 square meters in the previous 2,268 square meters (hereinafter “the instant land”). 1) The Plaintiff and N completed the registration of ownership transfer on September 10, 1968 with respect to one-half of each of the 149 shares of 1/2 shares of 1/2 shares of 149 shares in Gyeongnam-gun, Gyeongnam-gun, Inc., which was owned by O on June 15, 1981 (hereinafter “2 shares before division”) in accordance with the Act on Special Measures for the Registration, etc. of Ownership of Real Estate (No. 3094).

2) Prior to the subdivision, the land No. 2 was divided into the instant land and 63 square meters, U.S. roads, V. 138 square meters.
