Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A was elected as a candidate for the H cooperative (hereinafter referred to as “H”) in the first election of the head of the Dong-dong City Cooperative (hereinafter referred to as “H”) that was implemented on March 11, 2015, and Defendant B is the former standing director of the H.

1. No one shall offer, manifest an intention to offer, or promise to offer money, goods, entertainment, other economic benefits, or a public or private job to an elector, for the purpose of an election campaign for soliciting purchase or understanding;

On March 11, 2015, the election day of the Defendants provided money to the voters. Defendant B purchased money bags, Defendant B provided telephone call to the voters, and Defendant A promised to play a role of promising to visit, and Defendant A provided money.

At around 20:50 on March 10, 2015, the Defendants expressed their intent to provide money to I, and at the same time, found the K's vinyl located in the Cheongnam-gun, Busan-gun, Busan-gun, and Defendant B refused to offer money to I, “The candidates for the H association head election are on board the H association head election, and they request it well.” The Defendants offered 500,000 won in cash (50,000 won) upon request of the candidate A who was going out of the H election.

In this regard, Defendant A gave 50,000 won in cash to the above I who was set off from the vehicle, but I again refused to do so.

Accordingly, the Defendants conspired to offer money to the elector's spouse for the purpose of election campaign.

B. On March 10, 2015, the Defendants expressed their intent to provide money to L, at the same time, found L’s plastic houses located in the Gyeong-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Busan-gun, Busan-gun, and Defendant A offered KRW 500,000 (50,000 won) in cash upon the request of L’s support. However, L rejected the request.

As a result, the Defendants conspired to the elector for the purpose of election campaign, and expressed their intent to provide money.
