A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than ten months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
From around January 2018 to January 2020, the Defendant: (a) knew of the fact that the victims, who were the victims of the Eastern War, who were the victims aged more than the ordinary Defendant, wanted to have a fighting well-being and have a good place of conduct; (b) continuously demanded the victims to provide entertainment expenses; and (c) threatened the victims by means of talking the victims or repeatedly sending text messages to the victims, and then, (d) took money and valuables from the victims of drinking, as follows.
1. The Defendant continuously sent the victim a text message to the victim refusing to send the message to 2:00,000 won to the Defendant’s name from January 3, 201 to January 15, 202, and did not give money to the victim who refused to send the message to 2:0,000 won to the victim’s body without giving money, and then, the Defendant received 10,000 won from the food victim to the passbook in the name of the Defendant and received / [2] as shown in the attached crime list / [32] from January 3, 2019 to January 15, 2020.
