Punishment of the crime
[Criminal Power] On December 22, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a crime of attempted special larceny at the Changwon District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence on February 14, 2016.
【Criminal Facts】
1. Crimes against victims C;
A. On April 5, 2016, the Defendant, at around 21:30 on April 5, 2016, found the Defendant in the state of being placed in “Eju shop” operated by the Victim C (hereinafter “Eju shop”) located in the window of Changwon-si, and expressed the victim’s desire to “the victim is unable to engage in weather, locking, lending money, and preventing funeral services,” and received KRW 20,000 from the drinking victim, who was delivered money, without giving money.
B. Around 18:00 on April 15, 2016, the Defendant found at the same place as paragraph 1(a) of Article 1 at around April 15, 2016, and 10, the Defendant got 10,000 won after receiving 10,000 won from a drinking victim who was frighted to get her money if she would incur money if she would incur money without giving her intention.
